cnc reSOURCE Signs Agreement with Audatex North America, Inc., for Software Platform to Manage Catastrophic Claims Services

SAN DIEGO, CA (June 8, 2009) - Audatex North America, Inc., a leading provider of software and services for the automotive claims processing industry, today announced that it has signed a multi-year agreement with cnc reSOURCE. Based in Mobile, Alabama, cnc reSOURCE is a national claims adjusting company that provides services for catastrophic auto and property insurers. Financial terms were not disclosed.
Under the agreement, cnc reSOURCE is relying on Audatex Estimating to process vehicle damage and provide unbiased repair estimates to collision repairers on behalf of insurance companies. The company deploys as many as 250 independent appraisers across the country at any given time to deliver fast and accurate claims resolution for insurance clients and their policy holders. cnc reSOURCE selected Audatex after evaluating it, as well as a competing provider.
